University Village forced to cancel annual block party due to recent unruly behavior

According to University Village property manager, Alexandra Liston, the beloved block party was fully prepared to happen Thursday, September 2nd, 2021. It was then cancelled just days before after management made the tough decision to shut it down after getting notice that dangerous activities and unruly behavior happened just the weekend before.

University Village has made the decision to step up their security measures by adding high definition security cameras all around the property, adding locks to get inside the buildings and adding more security guards to be on duty at night on the weekends.
